Only Registered Bidders will be allowed to participate in the Auction. Complete the Auction Registration Form and send it by email, fax, mail or personal delivery to the Auction Information Office before Auction day.
Registration is not complete until pre-qualification for home loan financing is obtained from one of the Seller’s Preferred Lenders. Visit one of the lender representatives at the Artesia Auction Information Office or follow one of the links provided below to contact either or both of these lenders directly:
Immediately following the auction, all registered bidders who made the high bid on a residence will be escorted to the escrow area to complete and sign all of the Purchase Documents. It is each Registered Bidder’s responsibility to thoroughly review these documents and all items pertaining to this for sale residential offering prior to the start of the auction. For your convenience, the Purchase Documents and other pertinent items are available at the Artesia Auction Information Office as well as in PDF format below.
